Track 1 is the planning phase of a clean energy program covering the analysis and studies of District buildings to determine how they can be made more energy efficient. This is NO RISK and NO COST. The quality of the Track 1 application will directly affect the available funds in Track 2.

Track 2 covers the implementation of the projects and programs requested by the District and approved by NYSERDA in Track 1 or energy projects already engineered and approved by the District that meet NYSERDA’s requirements.
